ALL SHALL BE WELL (and all shall be well and all manner of things shall be well)

Music to art: Moonlight Sonata by Ramiro Amorena

October 25, 2018

Some of our songs are directly inspired by stories or movies or other works of art. We were wondering what it would look like if we turned this around. So we asked some very talented artists to pick one our songs and make an artwork based on it. Previous blog posts: Lauriana Meziani, Timo van Vliet, Roberta Leoni and Bomburo. This week, and (for now?) the latest in this series: Ramiro Amorena.

Hello! Please introduce yourself…

Ramiro Amorena, Creative Broker from Buenos Aires.

Any reason why you chose this track, Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata, Reimagined?

Yes, I have been listening to GEELZWART lately and this track painted a clear picture in my mind.

Would you care to give a little bit of background on why you made what you made?

To me Moonlight Sonata evokes a dreamy landscape of somewhat unexplored territories. The abstraction and the interpretation challenges me to explore and render this landscape.

Where can people find you online?

You can find me on Instagram.
